You will love those Cream Cheese and Chicken Taquitos packed with cream cheese, salsa, cheese, sour cream and spinach.
Ingredients
- three cups chook cooked and shredded
- 6 ozcream cheese softened
- 1/three cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 half cups colby jack cheese
- 1 half of cups baby spinach chopped and stems removed
- 12 6 inch corn tortillas
- vegetable or canola oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat ½" oil in a sauce pan on medium warmth.
- In a big bowl mix collectively the bird, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, co-jack and spinach. Add salt and pepper to flavor.
- Once oil is warm enough (place give up pan, above oil, to experience warmth), add a few tablespoons of hen/cream cheese aggregate to the center of a tortilla and unfold out.
- Roll up and set seam facet down in oil using tongs. Cook until golden brown on both facets.
- Repeat till all of the tortillas are filled, rolled and fried.
- Set on paper towels to empty.
- Serve heat and ENJOY!
