Cream Cheese and Chicken Taquitos Recipe Breakfast

You will love those Cream Cheese and Chicken Taquitos packed with cream cheese, salsa, cheese, sour cream and spinach.


Ingredients

  •     three cups chook cooked and shredded
  •     6 ozcream cheese softened
  •     1/three cup sour cream
  •     1/2 cup salsa
  •     1 half cups colby jack cheese
  •     1 half of cups baby spinach chopped and stems removed
  •     12 6 inch corn tortillas
  •     vegetable or canola oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Heat ½" oil in a sauce pan on medium warmth.   
  2. In a big bowl mix collectively the bird, cream cheese, sour cream, salsa, co-jack and spinach. Add salt and pepper to flavor. 
  3. Once oil is warm enough (place give up pan, above oil, to experience warmth), add a few tablespoons of hen/cream cheese aggregate to the center of a tortilla and unfold out. 
  4. Roll up and set seam facet down in oil using tongs. Cook until golden brown on both facets.   
  5. Repeat till all of the tortillas are filled, rolled and fried.   
  6. Set on paper towels to empty.   
  7. Serve heat and ENJOY!
