Pan Fried Cinnamon Bananas

Luckily there are plenty of yummy things you can do with overripe bananas.  Banana bread is clearly the primary issue that comes to thoughts, but occasionally that may be a little greater hassle than I actually have the strength or time to address.

This recipe is so quick and clean, and it's miles best for a special breakfast or maybe an afternoon snack!

Ingredients
  •     2 bananas Slightly Overripe
  •     2 tablespoons sugar (you can substitute granulated Splenda, if you like)
  •     1 teaspoon cinnamon
  •     1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optionally available)
Instructions
  1. Slice the bananas into rounds, approximately 1/three inch thick.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if favored). Set apart.
  3. Lightly spray a huge skillet with nonstick oil spray. Warm over medium warmth.
  4. Add the banana rounds and sprinkle half of of the cinnamon combination on pinnacle.
  5. Cook for about 2-three minutes.
  6. Flip the rounds, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture
  7. Cook for 2-three extra mins until the bananas are smooth and warmed via.
