Luckily there are plenty of yummy things you can do with overripe bananas. Banana bread is clearly the primary issue that comes to thoughts, but occasionally that may be a little greater hassle than I actually have the strength or time to address.
This recipe is so quick and clean, and it's miles best for a special breakfast or maybe an afternoon snack!
Ingredients
- 2 bananas Slightly Overripe
- 2 tablespoons sugar (you can substitute granulated Splenda, if you like)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optionally available)
Instructions
- Slice the bananas into rounds, approximately 1/three inch thick.
- In a small bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg (if favored). Set apart.
- Lightly spray a huge skillet with nonstick oil spray. Warm over medium warmth.
- Add the banana rounds and sprinkle half of of the cinnamon combination on pinnacle.
- Cook for about 2-three minutes.
- Flip the rounds, sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture
- Cook for 2-three extra mins until the bananas are smooth and warmed via.
