Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 lbs floor red meat (floor shoulder roast is ideal)
- 1 slice bread (damaged or chopped finely)
- 1 egg
- 1 small vidalia onions or 1 small type candy onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon table salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 tablespoons ketchup
- 1⁄2-2⁄3 cup complete milk or 1⁄2-2⁄3 cup 1/2-and-half
- 4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 2 -four tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed firm (to flavor)
- 1⁄2 cup ketchup
Directions
- Meatloaf: Combine meat loaf elements and vicinity into a loaf baking dish.
- Smooth out top.
- Sauce: Combine sauce substances and pour on pinnacle and sides of meatloaf.
- Bake at 350°F approximately 1 hour to one hour 15 mins or till completed.
- ENJOY!
- The addition of 1 or 2 teaspoons of Kitchen Bouquet® makes this recipe excellent.
- Recipe need to be"plump" from the addition of the milk or Half & Half.
- It ought to NOT be runny.
- A 2d batch of sauce served warm is right to serve with the meatloaf.
