Great Meatloaf Breakfast




Ingredients

  •     1 1⁄2 lbs floor red meat (floor shoulder roast is ideal)
  •     1 slice bread (damaged or chopped finely)
  •     1 egg
  •     1 small vidalia onions or 1 small type candy onion, finely chopped
  •     1 teaspoon table salt
  •     1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
  •     4 tablespoons ketchup
  •     1⁄2-2⁄3 cup complete milk or 1⁄2-2⁄3 cup 1/2-and-half
Sauce
  •     4 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  •     2 -four tablespoons dark brown sugar, packed firm (to flavor)
  •     1⁄2 cup ketchup

Directions

  1. Meatloaf: Combine meat loaf elements and vicinity into a loaf baking dish.   
  2. Smooth out top.   
  3. Sauce: Combine sauce substances and pour on pinnacle and sides of meatloaf.  
  4. Bake at 350°F approximately 1 hour to one hour 15 mins or till completed.  
  5. ENJOY!
  6. The addition of 1 or 2 teaspoons of Kitchen Bouquet® makes this recipe excellent.
  7. Recipe need to be"plump" from the addition of the milk or Half & Half.  
  8. It ought to NOT be runny. 
  9. A 2d batch of sauce served warm is right to serve with the meatloaf.
