This Frito Pie Casserole is so clean and SOOO correct!!! We made this the other breakfast and we both LOVED it! We each stated this would be perfect for a tailgate. Hamburger, onion, beans, enchilada sauce and cheese topped with Fritos - heaven in a pan! We ate manner too much of this. It was so right that we we couldn't forestall consuming it!
Elements:
- 1 lb floor pork
- 2 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
- 2 (15-oz.) cans Ranch Style Beans
- 2 (10-oz.) cans enchilada sauce
- 1 (9.Seventy five-oz.) bag Fritos
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- chopped green onions
instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 ranges. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set apart.
- In a big skillet, prepare dinner floor red meat until now not red. Drain fat. Return meat to pan. Stir in onion flakes, beans and enchilada sauce.
- Pour half of of Fritos into prepared pan. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over meat aggregate. Top with last chips.
