Frito Pie Casserole Breakfast

This Frito Pie Casserole is so clean and SOOO correct!!! We made this the other breakfast and we both LOVED it! We each stated this would be perfect for a tailgate. Hamburger, onion, beans, enchilada sauce and cheese topped with Fritos - heaven in a pan! We ate manner too much of this. It was so right that we we couldn't forestall consuming it!

Elements:

  •     1 lb floor pork
  •     2 Tbsp dried minced onion flakes
  •     2 (15-oz.) cans Ranch Style Beans
  •     2 (10-oz.) cans enchilada sauce
  •     1 (9.Seventy five-oz.) bag Fritos
  •     2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  •     chopped green onions

instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ranges. Spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set apart. 
  2. In a big skillet, prepare dinner floor red meat until now not red. Drain fat. Return meat to pan. Stir in onion flakes, beans and enchilada sauce.   
  3. Pour half of of Fritos into prepared pan. Top with meat mixture. Sprinkle cheese over meat aggregate. Top with last chips.   
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped green onions.
