Keto Oreo Cookies Breakfast






Cookie Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil/gentle butter
  • 2 tbsp monk fruit sweetener
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • ½ cup almond flour

Filling Ingredients

  1. 4 tbsp plain coconut butter
  2. 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener

For the Cookies

  1. Combine the coconut oil(or butter) with the monk fruit and the egg and whisk till all combined.
  2. Add inside the baking soda, cocoa powder and almond flour and blend with rubber spatula, this will thicken to a dough.
  3. Wrap in seran wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour .
  4. Remove from refrigerator and dirt the counter with cocoa powder, and additionally dust the rolling pin in cocoa powder.
  5. Roll the dough right into a sheet ¼ inch in thickness and punch out 1-1½” circles.
  6. Bake for 40 mins at 275 ranges.

For the Filling
