Bonefish Grill Bang Bang Shrimp Breakfast

Bang Bang Shrimp from the Bonefish Grill is crispy, creamy, sweet and spicy with just a few components and tastes similar to the maximum famous appetizer at the menu.
Ingredients

  •     1/2 cup mayonnaise
  •     1/four cup Thai candy chili sauce
  •     1/4 teaspoon Sriracha
  •     1 pound shrimp shelled and deveined
  •     1/2 cup buttermilk
  •     3/four cup cornstarch
  •     canola oil for frying

Instructions

  1.     In a small bowl upload the mayonnaise, Thai candy chili sauce and Sriracha and stir.
  2.     In a 2nd bowl upload the shrimp and buttermilk and stir to coat all the shrimp.
  3.     Remove from the buttermilk and permit excess liquid drain away.
  4.     Coat the shrimp in cornstarch.
  5.     In a heavy bottomed pan upload 2-3 inches of canola oil and warmth to 375 levels
  6.     Fry the shrimp till gently brown, 1-2 minutes on every side.
  7.     Once fried coat with the sauce and serve at once.
