Salmon Patties Breakfast




Ingredients
  • 1 (15 ounce) can salmon, undrained
  • 1 egg
  • 1 sleeve of saltine crackers, beaten
  • 3/four cup cooking oil (I use canola oil) for cooking
Instructions 
  1. Heat the oil in a large skillet.
  2. Combine the relaxation of the ingredients in a big mixing bowl.  Using your fingers mix the substances together and form into patties.
  3. Place the patties in the hot oil and brown on every facet. Turn the heat down and continue cooking on low for about 20 minutes turning regularly. Let cook till the patties are brown and crusty.
Note:  You can upload onion, green pepper and a few people roll theirs in cornmeal but the most effective manner my circle of relatives likes them is the recipe published above.
