Blueberry Muffin Bread Breakfast




Ingredients
  •     1 cup white sugar
  •     1/2 Cup Salted Butter
  •     2 eggs
  •     1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract
  •     1 Cup Milk
  •     2 Cups All reason Flour
  •     2 tsp Baking Powder
  •     2 Cups Blueberries
Instructions 
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 ranges.
  2. Grease a 9 inch loaf pan.
  3. Cream together the butter and sugar.
  4. Add the eggs, vanilla and milk beating properly.
  5. Add the dry ingredients and beat till well combined
  6. Add blueberries and blend by means of hand lightly with a spatula being careful not to crush the berries.
  7. Pour batter into your loaf pan and bake for 60-75 minutes or until a cake tester comes out easy.
  8. Allow to chill in pan for 10 mins earlier than disposing of to finish cooling.

Great Tip: Reserve a small handful Blueberries for after the batter is poured into the loaf pan. Gently press them into the pinnacle to make the loaf appearance prettier. Trust me.
