Bang bang sauce is a creamy candy and spicy chili sauce that is easy to make. I use it in quite a few recipes for dipping hen, seafood, vegetables, just about some thing certainly. In this recipe, I drizzle it over some crispy baked cauliflower for an easy most important dish or appetizer.

Ingredients:

  •     half of head of cauliflower reduce into chew sized florets
  •     2  cups panko bread crumbs Kikkoman logo favored for even baking
  •     2 massive eggs whisked
  •     1 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped (elective, for garnish)

For the Bang Bang Sauce

  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce I bought mine from an Asian grocery store. Make positive to buy the type this is simply sauce without chili seeds
  • 2 tsp hot sauce I used sriracha
  • 1/four cup mild/low fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Dip cauliflower pieces in egg after which roll in panko till completely lined and location on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. You will want to apply your fingers to press at the coating to help it to paste to the cauliflower bites. Repeat till all cauliflower is coated.
  2. Bake for approximately 20 mins or until coating is a darkish golden brown and crunchy.
  3. While cauliflower is cooking, make the bang bang sauce. Add all ingredients into a small bowl and whisk until uniform and no mayonnaise lumps remain. Drizzle over completed cauliflower, reserving additional for dipping. Garnish with clean parsley if desired.
