Ingredients
- half package deal raw Fettuccine pasta (8oz. / 250g.)
- 2 lb. Peeled and deveined shrimp (900g.)
- sixteen oz.. Jar roasted bell peppers (450 g.)
- 3 tbsp. Butter (forty five g.)
- three garlic cloves, finely chopped
- half of tbsp. Paprika (7 g.)
- half of tsp. Pink pepper flakes (or to taste) (2.5 g.)
- 3/4 cup Half & Half (a hundred and eighty ml.)
- half cup grated Parmesan cheese (forty five g.)
- chopped parsley to garnish
- salt to flavor
Instructions
- Bring a big pot of water to a boil and prepare dinner the fettuccine in line with the package commands. Drain, rinse with bloodless water, and set aside.
- Meanwhile, place the roasted peppers together with the liquid from the jar into a meals processor or bullet blender and puree till easy.
- Heat up a massive, non-stick pan. Add butter, shrimp, paprika, and pink pepper flakes and cook for 3-4 minutes on high warmth. Add salt and garlic, and cook for 1 greater minute.
- Reduce the warmth to low and take away the shrimp from the pan. To the equal pan, upload the pureed roasted pepper. Cook for 10 mins, stirring often.
- Add Half & Half and Parmesan and prepare dinner for 1 extra minute. Turn off the warmth.
- Return the shrimp to the pan and upload the fettuccine. Mix everything properly.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and grated Parmesan cheese.
