Cheese Frenchees Deep Fried Grilled Cheese Breakfast



Ingredients:
  •     8 Slices Hearty White Bread
  •     6-eight Slices White or Orange American Cheese
  •     half of Cup Mayonnaise
  •     2 Large Eggs, whisked
  •     2/three Cup Milk
  •     1 half of Sleeves Ritz Crackers, crushed into coarse crumbs
  •     3-4 Quarts Oil for Frying (we decide upon peanut or canola)
  •     Ketchup or honey mustard for serving
Directions:
  1. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
  2. Lay out the bread and on every slice, spread mayonnaise till it has all been used, making it in order that the sandwich may have mayonnaise on each slices for each sandwich.
  3. Add 1 half-2 slices of cheese to 4 slices of the bread. Place the lid on, mayonnaise aspect down.
  4. Cut each sandwich in quarters.
  5. In a pie dish, whisk collectively the eggs and milk.
