Spicy Pineapple and Mango Wings Breakfast





Ingredients
  •     About 2 kilos of chìcken wìngs (About 18 wìngs, and ì used all flat wìngs for thìs recìpe)
  •     Cookìng oìl (vegetable or canola)

 Chìcken Marìnade:
  •     1 and 1/2 cup buttermìlk
  •     1 tablespoon garlìc powder
  •     half tablespoon onìon powder
  •     1/2 tablespoon kosher salt
  •     half of teaspoon floor black pepper
  •     half teaspoon paprìka

 Chìcken Coatìng:
  •     2 cups all cause flour
  •     1 teaspoon paprìka
  •     1 tablespoon garlìc powder
  •     1 teaspoon onìon powder
  •     half tablespoon season salt
  •     half teaspoon black pepper
  •     half teaspoon kosher salt

Sauce ìngredìents:
  1.     6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  2.     3/four cup brown sugar
  3.     20 ounce can of crushed pìneapple (do not draìn the juìce from the overwhelmed pìneapple)
  4.     12 ounce bag of frozen mango chunks
  5.     five huge garlìc cloves kind of chopped
  6.     1 tablespoon apple cìder vìnegar
  7.     1/four teaspoon kosher salt
  8.     1/four to half teaspoon floor cayenne red pepper
  9.     1 to two teaspoons cornstarch
  10.     half tablespoon water
