These Pizza Pinwheels are easy to customize. You may want to upload chopped peppers, onions, olives, or any of your preferred pizza toppings. I constantly use pepperoni due to the fact the general public experience pepperoni and cheese. If your group is more adventurous, feel loose to feature extra toppings to the mix.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 6 Tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- half tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni, chopped
- 8 (6-inch) flour tortillas
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Combine cream cheese, pizza sauce, mozzarella, oregano and pepperoni.
- Spread approximately 2 Tbsp of this mixture flippantly on every tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla up gently, but tightly to make sure it holds collectively and keeps its shape.
- Refrigerate for about half-hour to firm up the softened cheese. Cut off ends of tortilla roll and reduce into 1-inch slices.
