Ultimate Breakfast Roll Ups





The Preparation
  •     10 large eggs
  •     Salt and pepper to flavor
  •     1.Five cups shredded cheddar cheese
  •     5 slices bacon, cooked
  •     5 patties breakfast sausage, cooked
  •     Nonstick cooking spray*
*You can of course substitute with some oil, butter, or other sort of grease that you opt for. Just be sure to account for it when monitoring your food.

The Execution

  1. Pre-warmness a nonstick skillet over medium-excessive warmth. Whisk collectively 2 of the eggs in a bowl. Once the skillet is warm turn the heat right down to medium-low, then add the eggs. If you need to you could use some non-stick cooking spray. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.
  2. Cover with a lid and permit to cook for a few minutes, till the egg is cooked nearly all the way via.

Sometimes I even have a hard time rolling it, so I fold it over the first time and use my spatula to preserve it there till the egg molds onto the form. Then I carefully fold it another time.
  5. Set aside the breakfast roll.
  6. Repeat steps 1-four to create 4 more roll ups. There are 5 roll americatotal.
