Freezer Breakfast Burritos






Meal prep over the weekend for the exceptional burritos at some point of the week. Loaded with tater toddlers, eggs, beans and cheese, of path!!

Ingredients:

  •     2 cups frozen tater toddlers
  •     2 tablespoons olive oil
  •     eight links breakfast sausage, casing removed
  •     8 big eggs, gently beaten
  •     1/3 cup half of and half of*
  •     Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to flavor
  •     1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
  •     8 (eight-inch) flour tortillas
  •     1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  •     1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  •     2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  •     1/four cup chopped sparkling cilantro leaves

Directions:

 

  1. Preheat oven to 400 ranges F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
