Baked Oatmeal Cups Breakfast





Ingredients
  •     3 cups old fashioned oats
  •     1 teaspoon baking powder
  •     1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  •     1/four cup packed light brown sugar
  •     half cup mashed banana (See reciepe Notes)
  •     1 1/2 cups milk
  •     2 massive eggs
  •     2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  •     1 Tablespoon vanilla extract
  •     Fruit, for serving (elective)

Instructions 
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a muffin tin generously with cooking spray.
  2. In a massive bowl, stir together the oats, baking powder, cinnamon and light brown sugar.
  3. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mashed banana, milk, eggs, melted butter and vanilla extract. Add the moist substances to the bowl with the dry ingredients and blend just until combined. Divide the combination among the muffin cups, filling them complete.
  4. Bake the oatmeal cups for 25 to 30 minutes or until they're golden brown on pinnacle. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool within the pan for five minutes before shifting them to a rack to cool completely.
  5. Top the cooled oatmeal cups together with your choice of clean or dried fruit, chopped nuts, toasted coconut or maple syrup.

Reciepe Notes: 

You can replace the mashed banana with another form of mashed fruit, including applesauce or pumpkin purée.
Any variety of milk works well, which includes all dairy versions (complete, decreased fat or nonfat), in addition to almond milk or different dairy-loose options.
To freeze the Baked Oatmeal Cups, wrap them in my opinion in plastic wrap and region them in a sealable plastic bag. When prepared to serve, take away them from the bag, unwrap the plastic wrap and warmth them within the microwave for 30 to 60 seconds till warmed via.
