Perfectly grilled salmon with a barely sweet and smoky flavor.
Ingredients
- 2 - 4 salmon fillets
- 1/four cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 to at least one teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup lite soy sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1-2 cloves minced garlic
Instructions
- Place all marinade components into a gallon length zip lock bag and seal. Squeeze gently to mix elements, then upload salmon fillets. Seal and refrigerate for 1 to three hours to permit flavors to penetrate the fish.
- Preheat grill to medium excessive heat. For each salmon fillet, take a chunk of heavy duty aluminum foil and fold into a "dish" with aspects. Place a salmon fillet into every dish skin facet down. Add a little of the marinade on pinnacle and location the entire dish at the grill.
