Chicken Tenders
- 1.25 lb Chicken tenders (or bird breasts cut into strips)
- half tbs Salt
- 2 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 tsp Onion powder
- 1/2-1 tbs Cajun spice (to flavor)
- half of tbs Paprika
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 1 tbs Water
- 1 tbs Oil of choice
Dipping Sauce
- 1/2 cup Plain low fats Greek yogurt [1]
- 1/4 cup Low sugar ketchup (or natural)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- Pinch Salt (to taste)
- Pinch Cajun spice (to flavor)
Method

- Preheat oven to broil 550 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil and spray with cooking spray. Spread fowl out onto baking pan. Stir all ingredients for the spice mix aggregate collectively in a small bowl till it reaches the consistency of a thin paste. Toss bird tenders inside the seasoning, and spray lightly with cooking spray. Roast in preheated oven for 16-18 minutes, or till chicken is cooked via (no longer red within the middle of the thickest piece), and/or reaches an internal temp of 165 tiers. Sprinkle with an additional sprint of paprika simply earlier than serving if desired (this can give the bird a quite pop of colour and flavor, but isn’t wanted). Enjoy.
- To Make the Dipping Sauce: Stir all elements for the dipping sauce together nicely in a small bowl even as chook is cooking. Serve alongside hen tenders!
