These Oven Baked Cheeseburgers could have your guest begging for more. Serve these up all yr long with your preferred toppings and a side of chips and salsa. My women love these just how they may be, but I like to add onion, tomato, lettuce, and avocado to mine. Oh heavens!
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonaise
- 1/four cup Katchup
- 1/2 cup diced pickles
- 6 sesame hamburger buns
- 1 half lb ground pork
- half c breadcrumbs
- 1/3 c sour cream
- 1 tsp floor black pepper
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 6-12 slices colby jack cheese
- tomato, lettuce, onion, avocado, bacon for topping (non-compulsory)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix mayo, katchup, and pickled dice. Set in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 350 reach and spray the 9X13 pan with cooking spray. The back half of the 6 hamburger pans in the pan.
- In a large bowl, integrate ground red meat, breadcrumbs, bitter cream, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Stir well.
- Form a combination of burgers into 6 patties and cook in an electric-powered skillet or frying pan. 2 minutes on each side should be brown properly. I was able to match 3 at the time on my electric griddle so the best took me about 10 minutes for chocolate and prepared breakfast for all 6 patties. This is very fast to make.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of mayo sauce on the bottom of the bread and top with a piece of cheese.
- Place one burger patty and each other piece of cheese (optionally available)
- Spread each other 2 tbsp sauce and top with a bun.
- Cover the entire pan with foil and bake for 12 minutes.
- Serve with all your favorite burger toppings and one side of chips and salsa.
- Enjoy!
