Pour the wet components into the dry components. Stir until the batter comes together. Add a tablespoon or two of milk if you like thinner pancakes.
  2. Spray a large sauté pan or griddle with cooking spray and produce to medium heat. Drop about 1 tbs portions of batter onto the pan or griddle. Cook the pancakes for approximately 1 minute on every facet or till cooked to your liking. Place pancakes on a plate and set apart.
  3. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with the salt and pepper. Pour half of of the aggregate right into a huge sauté pan (experience free to use the equal one) over medium warmness. Cook the egg whites for 2-3 mins on 1 facet. Then, turn the egg whites the use of a large spatula and prepare dinner for a minute on the alternative side. You have to have one big egg white patty. Set apart. Pour the opposite 1/2 of the aggregate in the pan and prepare dinner the same way. Using a knife or pizza cutter, reduce each patty into approximately eight small portions.
  4. To collect the sliders, top 16 pancakes every with an egg white piece, ½ sausage patty, and cheese slice. Top every slider off with any other pancake. Drizzle with maple syrup and/or dip the slider into a small facet portion of syrup.
