Avocado Grilled Cheese Breakfast

 So buttery and just downright AH-MAZING, oozing with avocado tacky goodness. It’s the quality grilled cheese ever, arms down!

Ingredients:

  •     4 cups infant spinach
  •     four ounces crumbled goat cheese
  •     2 avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
  •     2 cloves garlic
  •     Kosher salt and freshly floor black pepper, to flavor
  •     1/four cup olive oil
  •     2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  •     4 tablespoons unsalted butter, at room temperature

Directions:

  1. Combine spinach, goat cheese, avocados and garlic inside the bowl of a food processor; season with salt and pepper, to taste. With the motor going for walks, upload olive oil in a slow move till emulsified. Stir in mozzarella.   
  2. With a butter knife, unfold butter on one side of each slice of bread. Place four slices, buttered side down, on work surface. Divide avocado combination evenly on all slices. Top with last slices, buttered facet up.   
  3. Heat a massive skillet over low heat. Add sandwiches and cowl; cook dinner, turning once with a spatula, till golden brown and the cheese has simply melted, approximately 2-three minutes according to side.  
  4. Slice and serve without delay.
