Low Carb Big Mac Bites Breakfast

Ingredients

  •     1.Five pounds Ground pork
  •     ¼ cup Onion finely diced
  •     1 teaspoon Salt
  •     four slices American Cheese
  •     sixteen slices Dill Pickle
  •     Lettuce
Secret Sauce
  •     half of cup Mayonnaise
  •     four tablespoon Dill pickle delight in
  •     2 tablespoon Yellow mustard
  •     1 teaspoon White wine vinegar
  •     1 teaspoon Paprika
  •     1 teaspoon Onion powder
  •     1 teaspoon Garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 stages F.
  2. In a big bowl integrate floor pork, onions, and salt. Mix till thoroughly mixed.
  3. Roll the beef into 1.5 ounce balls. Press every one down barely to flatten it to make a mini burger patty and area it on a coated baking sheet.
  4. Bake at four hundred stages F for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. When the burgers are accomplished baking turn off the oven and cast off them. Pat any excess grease off.
  6. Cut every cheese slice into four squares and vicinity a square on every mini patty. Place again inside the cooling oven and let the cheese soften.
    Place some squares of lettuce and a pickle slice on top of every meatball and run a skewer thru it.
  7. Serve with the name of the game sauce and enjoy!
