Ingredients
For the crust:
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp butter melted
For the cheesecakes:
- 16 ozcream cheese softened to room temperature
- half of cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 21 ouncescherry pie filling
Instructions
- Place paper cupcake liners into muffin cups. In a small bowl, stir collectively crust elements. Evenly divide combination most of the 12 muffin cups, approximately 1 tablespoon in each. Using the bottom of a spice jar, press the crust aggregate firmly into the lowest of every muffin cup. Set apart.
- In a big bowl, beat collectively softened cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until easy. Pour combination lightly over crusts.
- Bake at 350 levels for 15 - 17 mins or till just set inside the middles, do not overbake. Allow cheesecakes to chill. Serve topped with cherry pie filling.
