Garlic Parmesan Shrimp Scampi Pasta Breakfast





Ingredients

  •     8 oz linguine
  •     1 teaspoon crushed pink pepper flakes
  •     1 teaspoon cajun seasoning
  •     1 tablespoon olive oil
  •     1/four cup white wine OR hen inventory in case you dont want to apply alcohol
  •     1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  •     four tablespoons salted butter
  •     1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  •     6 garlic cloves, pressed or grated
  •     salt and freshly floor black pepper, to taste
  •     Zest of one lemon
  •     2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
  •     1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a massive pot of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package commands& drain well.
        
  2. In a big, deep skillet, soften the butter over a medium-excessive heat.
        
  3. Add inside the shrimp, cajun seasoning, olive oil, garlic and pink pepper flakes.
        
  4. Stir periodically, till fully cooked- approximately 3 mins.
        
  5. Stir in wine OR fowl stock and the fresh lemon juice; season with salt and pepper
        
  6. Lower to a simmer; remove from heat and stir in pasta, lemon zest, HALF a cup of the parmesan cheese and mix until fully included.
        
  7. Top with the final half of cup of parmesan cheese & chopped parsley
        
  8. Serve at once
