Amish Breakfast Casserole

Amish Breakfast Casserole is a tremendous entree for vacation breakfasts! This one makes use of 2 meats, 3 cheeses, hashbrowns, eggs and bell peppers. Amazing. Gluten loose.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Sliced bacon diced   
  • 1 medium sweet onion chopped   
  • 6 massive eggs gently overwhelmed   
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns shredded, thawed   
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded  
  • 1 half of cups small curd cottage cheese   
  • 1 1/4 cups Swiss cheese shredded   
  • 1 lb. Mild, bulk sausage   
  • 1/2 crimson bell pepper diced   
  • 1/2 inexperienced bell pepper diced
  • Sparkling, snipped chives for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a big skillet, cook dinner bacon and onion till bacon is crisp; drain.
        
  2. In a separate skillet prepare dinner sausage and bell peppers.
        
  3. In a completely large blending bowl, combine the ultimate components; stir in bacon aggregate and sausage aggregate.
        
  4. Transfer to a greased thirteen-in. X 9-in. X 2-in. Baking dish.
        
  5. Bake, exposed, at 350° for 35-40 minutes or till set and bubbly.
        
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
