Monterey Chicken Breakfast

Monterey hen is a Chilean imitation presenting seasoned bird breast doused with barbecue sauce, cheese, bacon and tomatoes. Easy breakfast selections that the entire family will love!

Ingredients
  •     four boneless skinless bird breasts
  •     1 tablespoon olive oil
  •     salt and pepper to flavor
  •     1 cup barbecue sauce
  •     1 cup shredded cheese I used a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
  •     4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  •     half of cup diced tomatoes
  •     1/four cup inexperienced onions

Instructions
  1. Heat the olive oil in a big oven safe pan over medium excessive warmth. Preheat the oven to four hundred levels.   
  2. Season the chicken on each sides with salt and pepper to flavor.
