Sloppy Joe Mac n Cheese Breakfast

Comfort food in beneath 30 minutes! This Sloppy Joe Mac n Cheese takes the flavors of a sloppy joe and places them in a massive bowl of comforting pasta. The recipe makes 2 generous servings, however can easily be doubled or tripled to feed a crowd!

Ingredients
For the Sauce:

  •     three/4 cup tomato sauce
  •     2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  •     1 tablespoon tomato paste
  •     2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  •     half of teaspoon kosher salt
  •     1/4 teaspoon floor black pepper

For the Pasta and Remainder of Dish:
  •     2 cups dry rotini (or any spiral-formed) pasta
  •     1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  •     3/four cup diced onion
  •     1 medium inexperienced bell pepper, diced (approximately 1/2 cup)
  •     2 cloves garlic, minced
  •     half pound floor pork
  •     1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese

Instructions
For the sauce:
