This Maple Tahini Granola is perfectly crunchy and maple-y. It’s made with oats, almonds, tahini, maple syrup, coconut sugar, cinnamon and coconut oil!
I almost usually upload a nut or seed butter (tahini, peanut butter, almond butter, and many others.) to give it greater flavor and texture. Once you mix everything collectively, you simply bake it on a lower temperature until it’s crispy and starting to brown.
Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1/3 cup melted coconut oil
- 1/2 cup chopped almonds
- 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tbs chia seeds
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to three hundred ranges.
- Combine all substances in a large bowl and mix nicely.
- Spread granola out on a massive sheet pan and bake for 45-50 mins (stir after 20 minutes).
- Do no longer stir the granola for an hour after disposing of from oven to allow clumps to form.
