Ingredients
- 1 boneless, skinless hen breast, reduce in skinny strips (see NOTES)
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 10 ouncescan diced tomatoes with green chilis
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 can (10.75 ounces.) cream of fowl soup
- ½ tsp. Onion powder
- 1 tbs chopped canned jalapeƱos (sparkling is ideal too)
- 6 ouncestechnique cheese, cubed (i.E. Velveeta)
- 8 oz.Spaghetti, cooked and tired
- ½ cup beaten tortilla chips
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 tiers.
- In a huge skillet soften butter over medium warmth. Add fowl, garlic & onion powder.
- Cook over medium-excessive warmth till hen is not pink.
- Stir in soup, jalapeƱos, cubed Velveeta and diced tomatoes with green chilies.
- Reduce warmth to low, and cook dinner until the cheese melts, stirring continuously.
- Stir in cooked spaghetti. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
- Pour right into a lightly greased 2 quart casserole dish.
- Top with beaten tortilla chips
- Bake for half-hour..
