Monterey Chicken Breakfast






This Monterey bird is a Chili's copycat that functions seasoned chook breasts smothered in barbeque sauce, cheese, bacon and tomatoes. An smooth breakfast choice that the entire circle of relatives will love!

Ingredients

  •     4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  •     1 tablespoon olive oil
  •     salt and pepper to taste
  •     1 cup fish fry sauce
  •     1 cup shredded cheese I used a mix of Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese
  •     four slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  •     half of cup diced tomatoes
  •     1/4 cup inexperienced onions

Instructions
