Baked Chicken Santa Fe Breakfast

This meals consists of chicken in taco spices baked with salsa beads, beans, corn and chili which is poured with lots of melted cheese! Breakfast could be very appropriate for the early morning before you do your activities. You can throw it all in a casserole plate and bake it in half-hour or less!   •     1 tablespoon oil
  •     1 pound boneless skinless bird breasts
  •     1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  •     2 cups salsa
  •     1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and tired
  •     1 cup corn
  •     1 cup bell pepper, diced
  •     1 cup cheese (cheddar and/or Monterey jack, and so forth), shredded
Directions
  1. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat, add the chook breasts, seasoned with the taco seasoning, and gently brown on both facets.
        
  2. Mix the salsa, beans, corn and peppers, pour into a large baking dish, top with the chook and bake in a preheated 350F/180C oven until the perimeters are effervescent and the fowl is cooked via, approximately 20-30 minutes before sprinkling at the cheese and returning to the oven till the cheese melts, about 2-three mins.
