Pizza Pierogi Casserole Breakfast

This Pierogi Casserole Pizza is the quality healthy food !! We wiped clean our plates and back for a few seconds. We surely LOVE this easy casserole. This is a very clean weekday breakfast. It additionally makes large freezer foods. You can even split the casserole into  9-inch pans and bake one and freeze it for later.

I use Italian sausage on this meat sauce. If you are not a sausage fan, you can change it for floor red meat or turkey powder. Whether it works well! We sprinkled casseroles with a few pepperoni and olives. Don't hesitate to feature all of your favored pizza toppings to the pinnacle of casseroles - green peppers, onions, mushrooms. Whatever it is!

 INGREDIENTS:

  •     2 (16-oz.) packages frozen Four Cheese Medley Pierogies, thawed
  •     1 lb warm Italian sausage
  •     1 (26-ounces) jar spaghetti sauce
  •     forty to 50 slices pepperoni
  •     2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  •     pizza toppings - olives, mushrooms, green peppers, and so forth.


 INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set apart.
        
  2. In a skillet, cook dinner sausage over medium-excessive warmth till now not red. Drain fats.
        
  3. In a huge bowl, combine cooked sausage and spaghetti sauce. Add pierogies and toss to coat.
        
  4. Pour pierogies into prepared pan. Top with half of pepperoni slices.
