This Pierogi Casserole Pizza is the quality healthy food !! We wiped clean our plates and back for a few seconds. We surely LOVE this easy casserole. This is a very clean weekday breakfast. It additionally makes large freezer foods. You can even split the casserole into 9-inch pans and bake one and freeze it for later.
I use Italian sausage on this meat sauce. If you are not a sausage fan, you can change it for floor red meat or turkey powder. Whether it works well! INGREDIENTS:
- 2 (16-oz.) packages frozen Four Cheese Medley Pierogies, thawed
- 1 lb warm Italian sausage
- 1 (26-ounces) jar spaghetti sauce

- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch pan with cooking spray. Set apart.
