- 2 chicken breasts, reduce into strips (or chook tenders)
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled, halved and sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 4 huge cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of ½ a lemon)
- Chopped clean parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, or 1 tablespoon Sriracha or any warm sauce you like (non-obligatory)
- 1/2 of teaspoon purple chili pepper flakes, optionally available
- Salt and clean cracked pepper

- In a small bowl, integrate lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, parsley, Cayenne pepper (or warm sauce), and pink chili pepper flakes. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium warmth. Lay the chook strips in one layer in the skillet. Cook on each facet for 1 minute each, till nicely browned – modify timing depending on how you like your fowl.
