Garlic Butter Chicken with Pineapple Breakfast




Ingredients
  • 2 chicken breasts, reduce into strips (or chook tenders)
  • 1/2 pineapple, peeled, halved and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 4 huge cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (juice of ½ a lemon)
  • Chopped clean parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper, or 1 tablespoon Sriracha or any warm sauce you like (non-obligatory)
  • 1/2 of teaspoon purple chili pepper flakes, optionally available
  • Salt and clean cracked pepper
 Ingredients  
  1. In a small bowl, integrate lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, black pepper, parsley, Cayenne pepper (or warm sauce), and pink chili pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium warmth. Lay the chook strips in one layer in the skillet. Cook on each facet for 1 minute each, till nicely browned – modify timing depending on how you like your fowl.
  3. Right before chicken is accomplished, upload the pineapple chunks and prepare dinner for two – three mins, stirring from time to time. 
  4. Add the honey garlic sauce inside the skillet and prepare dinner for two mins, stirring continuously to coat chicken and pineapple. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if vital. 
  5. Remove from warmth and serve the honey garlic pineapple chicken right now on top of rice, quinoa, or bulgur, garnished with greater overwhelmed chili pepper and sparkling herbs. Enjoy!
