Pigs in a Blanket Breakfast Casserole

Components:
  •     1 (eight-count number) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  •     1 (4-be counted) tube refrigerated crescent rolls
  •     1 (14-oz) package deal Lit'l Smokies
  •     1/4 cup dijon mustard
  •     five eggs
  •     1-half cups milk
  •     2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  •     salt and pepper

instructions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Lightly spray a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  2. Unroll both cans of crescent rolls; separate into 12 triangles. Spread a heaping teaspoon of Dijon mustard on every triangle.  Cut each triangle lengthwise into 3 slender triangles.
  3. Place sausage on wide aspect of each triangle. Roll up and vicinity in organized pan.
  4. Top pigs in a blanket with shredded cheese.
  5. Whisk together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour over pigs in a blanket.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 mins, until egg combination is about.
